Hiking
Kanching Eco Forest Park
Location has 8 waterfalls numbered from the bottom. Waterfalls from 1 to 3 are easily accessed by pavement and staircases. They are suitable if you hike with children or old people. If you're young and strong, go higher. Steps get tougher and at one moment disappear completely, there will be steep spots where you need to hold lianas or ropes to maintain balance. The 8th waterfall will pay back with a quieter spot and cleaner water.
Rainforest's shade and flooding water makes this location suitable for hiking during midday.
Bring 4–12 MYR for the entrance, swimming suits (plunging into the natural water park is refreshing), books (you'd like to spend more time at the top), and snacks (there's no food stall at the top).

Bukit Kiara Hill Walk
Main routes have pavement. There are plenty of overlapping trails with mud and monitor lizards, you can always opt in to do a hardcore hike. There's also a small waterfall but we wouldn't take a swimming suit for it.
