Main routes have pavement. There are plenty of overlapping trails with mud and monitor lizards, you can always opt in to do a hardcore hike. There's also a small waterfall but we wouldn't take a swimming suit for it.

If you're running late for a train from Sungai Buloh, keep in mind you can save a few minutes by asking your driver to drop you at `03.2053611°, 101.5808056°`. There's a bus stop and a crossing which leads directly to the station. This crossing is very runnable. While you're heading to the station, the driver can arrive to a terminal parking and wait for your failure. Don't ask us how we know.
